@anandb-ripencc mentioned on nsd-users it'd be good to print the kernel used for parsing when NSD is started and possibly in nsd -v. It's also a good idea to allow for selection using a command line argument (currently ZONE_KERNEL= environment variable can be used).

This depends on NLnetLabs/simdzone#116.

#361 shows why this makes sense. It might also be a good idea to add a configuration file option for this.
