Auto-detect coverage bounding boxes for brain MRI images

Dear Sir
Following my earlier message in the discussion forum, here is my update:

1. I load a brain MRI image using ants library using its image_read() function. A slice of the image is attached to this message(InitialSlice.png).
2. I obtain the brain image mask(Skull Stripping) using 2 methods:
   a) Image registration with a template image using ants library
   b) Deep net using AntsPyNet
   A slice of the masked image is attached to the message(MaskedSlice.png)
3. I apply the mask to the original image to obtain the contour of the mask shown in image RegionOfInterestContour.png
4. I can get the bounding box of the mask using sitk library(LabelShapeStatisticsImageFilter).

I look forward to your comments and suggestions for the next steps.
