pkgdown vs CRAN differences

There are differences between the CRAN documentation and the table on the README and the rendered references on the pkgdown site.

• Add a column in the README table that includes the "Shortcut" function name e.g. NOAA Hazard Mapping System Fire and Smoke Product --> calc_hms()
• OpenLandMap soil data - link is on the README but we removed this data source due to some complications. Either we revisit this and add back or remove from README
• Drop EDGAR download until the process and calculate functions are done
• subfunctions of MODIS and others should not be directly accessible. i.e. only seen and documented through the main function.

Ongoing updates to simplify the code, remove incomplete datasets across the functions, or update documentation

• No calculate_huc function - remove download/process or create calculate
• No calculate_cropscape function - there is a download and process
• 4 Modis process functions - can we consolidate? Or we need extensive docs to show how/when to use these together

Ideally each dataset should have 1 download -> process -> calculate function each.
