Add new projects and sample database tables to add new ways to sort the grids

The idea here would be to add ways for users to sort their grids. We could also think of learning from grids of the same sample over time as the project progresses.

We'd like users to be able to create projects and samples items to sort their grids out. They could be used like tags.

Here are a few requirements:

• each sample and project need to be only visible to the Group members and not by other groups.
• Each grid can be attached to one project
• Multiple samples can be attached to a grid. i.e. ProteinA and LigandB

This would be 2 tables, one for Projects and one for Sample.
Fields should be:

• name (required)
• description (optional)
• group_id (foreign key, required)

Then, the autoloadergrid object should get new fields to include these tags:

• project_id (foreign key pointing to the project table, null=True)
• samples (ManyToMany point to the sample table, null=True)

For the frontend, we'd need to add:

• a place in the grid creation to add these information
• a way to add or change the tags from the report page
• a way to filter the grids in the navigation sidepanel by projects and samples.
