This issue documents the FATES software team's need to know how to proceed, vis-a-vis the two different solutions to the NorESM water balance bug, documented here: NorESMhub/CTSM#218

They have a fix that seems to address more of the root problem here: NorESMhub#62

We are testing the storage organ grazing fix (NorESMhub#62, which is significnalty answer changing), and already integrated the fix which kills the zombie trees that trigger the error: NorESMhub#61 )
