Improve FAIR data prinicples page

Notes for myself from March 2, 2026 meeting for making a contribution:

FAIR data principles page (https://knowledgebase.nfdi4chem.de/staging/knowledge_base/docs/fair/) - abstract it to "high level" to make comparison with O3, TRUST, etc.

add in some discussion about Semantic Farm on that page and using good identifier practices, esp Identifiers for the 21st Century
