Background

veda-ingest-ui is using AWS Cognito (Staging User Pool) for auth. To align with other VEDA services, auth should be provided by veda-keycloak.

Acceptance Criteria

New Client ID created in veda-keycloak using config YAML.
Users can log in to veda-ingest-ui using veda-keycloak credentials
