Request: 1.21.1 update or guidance for porting the blocks only

Hi! Thanks for your work on Twigs, it’s one of my essential decoration mods.

I’m running a server that is currently on 1.20.1 (fabric), and we may update to 1.21.1 in the future.
There’s just one small problem: I absolutely love the Silt blocks family, and many of our existing buildings use them heavily. I’d really hate to lose those blocks after updating the world.

So I’d like to ask:

1. Would a 1.21.1 NeoForge update for Twigs be possible? (No rush, just wondering if it’s something planned or feasible)

2. If not a full update, would it be alright for me to wrap a small addon/mini-mod that includes only the Silt block family? (as in: keeping the block and their textures, but without mechanics if they're too complicated)

If you could give a bit of guidance on porting or what would be allowed license-wise, that would help a lot!

I understand if updating is complicated due to game mechanic changes, so even a block-only solution would already save our existing builds.
