Blocking error if patcher LO out of order detected

Add a blocking error to synthesis if it detects that the patcher order in the UI is different than the order they appear in the LO

@AEzatA I hadn't put any details in the issue.. but I filled it out just now. I'm not sure this card is applicable to you, as it's talking about adding a new check + error to the system that doesn't currently exist
