Add unique SEO meta description for the Leaderboard page

Building on the sitemap/SEO work (#182), ensure this route has its own meta description reflecting its actual content, rather than inheriting the site-wide default.

Acceptance criteria:

Unique meta description set for the /leaderboard route
Included in sitemap.xml once that exists
Verified via page source/social share preview tool
