Fix low-contrast inactive filter tabs (Frontend/Backend/Data Analyst)

The three inactive career-track filter tabs are barely visible next to the active "All Tracks" tab .

Acceptance criteria:
Inactive tabs remain clearly legible without relying on near-invisibility to signal "not selected"
Active vs. inactive distinguished by a clearer visual cue (e.g. underline
color, not just opacity)
Verified in both light and dark mode

Hi @Muskankr, I'd love to fix this styling and accessibility issue—could you please assign it to me?
I will update the inactive tabs' CSS to use a higher-contrast text color instead of relying on low opacity to ensure they remain clearly legible.
To indicate the active state, I'll implement a distinct visual cue like a bottom border or bold accent color rather than fading out the unselected tabs.
I will use the project's existing theme variables to ensure these contrast adjustments work seamlessly across both light and dark modes.
Finally, I will test the tab navigation to verify that the active/inactive states are distinct, accessible, and visually clear.
