[BUG] Table of Contents Links Not Working

🔍 Bug Description

The Table of Contents (ToC) links in the README.md are not functioning as expected. Clicking on the links does not navigate to the corresponding sections in the document. This reduces readability and makes it harder for users to quickly jump to the required section.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the repository README.md.

2. Scroll to the Table of Contents section.

3. Click on any of the listed links.

4. Observe that it does not redirect to the correct section.

✅ Expected Behavior

Each Table of Contents link should smoothly navigate to the corresponding section within the README.md.

❌ Actual Behavior

The links in the Table of Contents are either broken or incorrectly formatted, preventing navigation.

Impact:

Lowers the documentation quality.

Makes onboarding for new contributors slower.

Creates confusion while browsing sections.

Additional Information:
I am a contributor from OSCI and would be glad to fix this issue by correcting the Table of Contents anchor links. Kindly assign this issue to me.
