Removed from CRAN

It seems that RImpala is no longer on CRAN: message on their [website](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RImpala/index.html) says "_Archived on 2018-01-07 as maintainer address bounced when asked for corrections._"

Does this mean that RImpala is no longer under development?
