Status: SKIPPED - Requires Hasid's migration execution

Reason: Phase III tables not yet created in database

Pending Actions:

  1. Hasid must run: psql $POSTGRES_URL -f db/migrations/phase_iii_tables.sql
  2. Verify tables created: governance_audit, agent_state, privacy_logs, context_state
  3. Confirm RLS policies enabled (12 total)
  4. Enable Supabase Realtime for 4 tables

Will pass once: Database migrations complete

Status: NOT TESTED - Local Redis may not be running

Test command:

Alternatives:

  • Use remote Redis instance
  • Redis Streams will degrade gracefully if unavailable
  • Context Sync has fallback to Supabase-only mode

Notes:

  • Redis required for <10ms Context Sync latency
  • Neural Mesh coordination depends on Redis Streams
  • Not critical for initial validation (can use simulated data)

Command:

Purpose:

  • Test Command Center dashboard
  • Verify 6 telemetry panels load
  • Check WebSocket connection
  • Validate real-time updates

Action 2: Command Center Diagnostics

Access: http://localhost:3000/command-center.html

Verify:

  1. Cost Tracker Panel - Shows daily spend tracking
  2. Agent Swarm Health Panel - Displays 13 agent health scores
  3. Governance Verdicts Panel - Live decision feed
  4. Privacy Mesh Audit Panel - Immutable log viewer
  5. System Metrics Panel - Users, latency, errors
  6. Neural Mesh Status Panel - Node coordination

Success Criteria:

  • All 6 panels visible
  • WebSocket shows "Connected" or "Simulated" status
  • No console errors
  • UI responsive and animated

Action 3: Telemetry Baseline Capture

Once Command Center is stable (10 minutes):

Create baseline metrics file:

  • Governance verdict distribution

  • Error rate baseline

Action 4: 24-Hour Burn-In Monitoring

Setup:

  1. Keep dev server running in background
  2. Monitor Command Center dashboard periodically
  3. Log any anomalies to logs/phase3-validation.log
  4. Track drift in key metrics

Monitoring Schedule:

  • Hour 0: Baseline capture
  • Hour 4: First checkpoint
  • Hour 8: Mid-burn check
  • Hour 12: Half-way checkpoint
  • Hour 16: Evening check
  • Hour 20: Late-night stability
  • Hour 24: Final validation

🔍 Known Limitations

1. Database Not Migrated Yet

Impact:

  • Phase III tables don't exist
  • Can't test Governance Core → Database logging
  • Can't test Context Sync → Supabase persistence
  • Can't test Privacy Mesh → Audit chain storage

Mitigation:

  • Use in-memory storage for validation
  • Governance Core can log to console
  • Context Sync can use Redis-only mode
  • Privacy Mesh can maintain chain in memory

Resolution: Awaiting Hasid's database migration execution


2. Redis May Not Be Running

Impact:

  • Context Sync falls back to Supabase-only (slower)
  • Neural Mesh uses polling instead of streams
  • Higher latency for real-time coordination

Mitigation:

  • Command Center can use simulated data
  • Local testing doesn't require real-time sync
  • Can validate logic without Redis

Resolution: Start local Redis or use remote instance


3. Production Environment Variables

Impact:

  • Hasid's build still failing due to malformed DATABASE_URL
  • Production guest auth still showing 500 error
  • Can't test production deployment until fixed

Mitigation:

  • Local validation proceeds independently
  • Created HASID_DATABASE_URL_FIX.md guide
  • Hasid working on correction

Resolution: Awaiting Hasid's environment variable update

    • Production build failing

    • Phase III tables don't exist

    • Timeline: Post-Hasid environment fix
