details of CpGs imputation #14

Hello,
I am currently working on reproducing analyses for buccal samples using the PC-Clocks pipeline, and I have a question regarding the imputemissingCpGs object.
Could you please clarify which dataset from Hannum et al., 2013 was used to construct the imputemissingCpGs object? Specifically, I am trying to understand:
- Which normalization was used (quantile normalization or BMIQ?)
- How the reference values per CpG probe were derived (e.g., was the mean across samples used for each probe?)
My goal is to reproduce the same imputation reference for buccal samples, so any details or pointers would be extremely helpful.
