(Bootstrap) Binary Seeds #31
Description
Hua needs a some binaries to install itself and be usable.
This should be added as bootstrap binary seeds:
- normal dependencies on distributions with another package manager
- for potential hua only distribution
-> some core binaries and a shell script which will souce compile all other
Self compiling compilers also need a binary seed (e.g. rust 1.50 needs 1.50 binary seed),
but they shouldn't be used as dependency if not absolutely necessary -> keep them private.
Other non-oss software also only distribute their binaries -> keep them separate
