ROM AND RomSec menus issue

In the windows version (or at least the 32-bit version,cant use 64-version)of 
the seq64 tool the ROM and RomSec menus dont show up so you are unable to load 
a rom,rendering the tool useless on Windows 32-bit.

This is probably because my max resolution is 1280x800,since at 640x480 there 
is only a white screen,while in 1280x800 you cant see the menu tab but 
everything else is visible.The tool should be redesigned to work with smaller 
resolutions.
