[Feature]: Allow separate quality profiles per library.

Problem Statement

Right now you select a default profile and it gets adopted across all libraries. However I have different preferences for each library.

Proposed Solution

It would be really nice to be able to select a profile per library instead of just the default.

Alternatives Considered

The current workaround is to change the profile per show but it does not work well at scale.

Use Case

This would help people who have maybe a show library and a anime library. The anime library needs dual audio but the show library only needs standard english.

Implemented in #468.

How it works: each library now has its own "Quality profile" dropdown (Settings → Libraries → edit). Resolution chain: explicit per-item profile → library profile → global default. Existing global "Set default" still acts as the fallback for libraries without a profile.

Verified:

• New media added to a library with a profile inherits it (movies, series, bulk, collections, smart lists, and file imports)
• Explicit per-item profile still overrides
• Clearing or deleting a library's profile falls back to the global default (FK ON DELETE SET NULL handled)
• Search with a deleted profile id falls back to the default without errors
• 12 new unit tests + full suite 2501 passing; live-tested against a running instance
