Explosions and fire cause tiles to look for non-existent or wrong icon_states. #94

Use the fun tab as admin to make small explosions on /turf/open/floor/wood/f13 and certain vault floor types.
It results in erroneous icon_states, as per a damage proc in code\game\turfs\open\floor.dm
