The problem:

If MO2 encounters an error during FOMOD execution such as a folder being referenced that does not exist (even if that folder does not have an install location set), pressing "Install Anyway" does nothing.

To Reproduce:

Try to install any FOMOD with a folder that is not included but is referenced in the FOMOD
Select Install Anyway after MO2 says files are missing

Environment:

  • Mod Organizer Version that exhibits the issue: 2.5.2
  • Last Mod Organizer Version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable): not sure, it had been quite a while since I updated... v2.4.4 probably
  • Desktop OS/version used to run Mod Organizer: Win 10

same here on 2.5.2
2.5.1rc2 seems not to be affected, use that version as a workaround
