Describe the bug

In MRTK3 SolverExamples, the "Controller Ray Target" only works with right hand

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to SolverExamples scene
  2. Click "Surface Magnetism"
  3. Click "Controller Ray Target"
  4. Move right hand (hide left hand)
  5. See coffee cup move
  6. Move left hand (hide right hand)
  7. Coffee cup does not move

Expected behavior

Expected the tracking type of "Controller Ray Target" to work with the left hand too.
