I encountered a small issue with this extension, as when you generate a book from a folder or vault, this annoying thing happens in view mode:
Since the lines in editor don't have any way to tell markdown to create a breakline, in view mode they show up in the same line.
A small fix one can do is to insert a simple dot with - at the beginning of every line, so that the indicization appears like so:
My very humble suggestion is to make this behaviour a default option in the extension.
