So... I can see

Add repositor

    "repositories": [
        {
            "type": "git",

        }
    ]

and I can find this package in packagist.org
https://packagist.org/?query=yii2-yandex-maps
https://packagist.org/packages/mirocow/yii2-yandex-maps

What a reason to add repo directly?
