Could this work on a collection of markdown files?

Is semble only for code? Could it be used/adapted to read markdown? I'm thinking of Karpathy style Wiki for agent memory, for example.

Hey @Simonstj, interesting question, I think Semble very easily be adapted for that usecase. I'll have a look at this soon, I think it should work fairly well out of the box, will keep you up to date in this issue, thanks!

@Pringled, I have noticed the "Code Search" example caused weird behaviours when trying to deal with markdown. If this a quick one, might be good to update the example?

@Alexanderdunlop can you elaborate maybe? What "code search" example are you referring to? We added support for including text files in a recent PR #73 which will be released soon, would that solve this?

Hey @Simonstj, this is fully supported as of v0.3.0 and documented in the CLI section. E.g. you can now do this:

semble search "deployment guide" ./my-project --content docs
