fix: FaqsSection is not a real accordion + typo in first question

Problem

• The toggle <button> lacks aria-expanded, aria-controls, and the answer panel lacks role="region" + matching id.
• First FAQ is misnamed: "What is LogiGuest?" → should be "What is LogiQuest?".

Expected

• Add aria-expanded={openIds.includes(faq.id)} and aria-controls={faq-${faq.id}-panel} to each button.
• Wrap answers in <div role="region" id="faq-${faq.id}-panel" aria-labelledby="faq-${faq.id}-q">.
• Fix the typo so it reads "LogiQuest" everywhere (other FAQs already spell it correctly).

Acceptance

• Axe / Lighthouse a11y audits report zero accordion violations.
• Typo gone in source.
