PRV01 Logic Issue

I have a little test build to give myself a point of refrence as I am making a nuclear power plant.
How do I setup a redstone logic adapter for this PRV-01 for the turbine?
I've tried using Immersive Engineering to connect redstone but it won't work.

PRV01 is the steam dumping mode of the turbine; off - no dumping, yellow - dumping excess, red - dumping

Also, what are PV01-PU and PV01-PO
I assume PU and PO is Plutonium and Polonium but then what's the PV and how would I set that up?

The PRVs are automatically controlled when emergency coolant activates/de-activates, and I think it also at some points will prevent it from being set to dumping, can't recall exactly.

PV stands for Pressure Valve, PV01-PU is pressure valve 1 (Plutonium).

Also, last question, how much turbines can each RTU support?

You can put as many as you want, but each reactor unit supports up to 3. I wouldn't suggest putting everything on one, but you can put whichever ones you want on whichever RTU gateway(s) you want, they just act like networking hubs.
