Not working in IE 11 or IE10 (including demos)

I would like to use this polyfill for my drag and drop, however, it doesn't seem to work in IE. I have just attempted to run the demo files in IE (windows 7 with IE 11 via VirtualBox) and they do not work. I've also tried to use this with my drag and drop and it also doesn't work.

I don't get any errors, but I also don't see the correct image while I drag (the red dot in the datasrc case). I simply see the cursor change to a drag icon (not the image).

Does anyone have any ideas why this doesn't work in IE?
