List WinRT struct feelds in definition order

Currently, just as with everything else, struct feelds are display'd in alphabetical order rather than definition order.
In some langwejes the definition order cuud be important for the consumer, for example to initialize a constructer-less structure in one go in a langwej like C++ (altho it mite not be a good thing for clarity; you can later set feelds, dotting with its name on a struct, just fine).
