Describe the missing content
In Change Your Look: An Introduction To Skin Packs, we are instructed to use a module type of skin_pack.
In Addons documentation - manifest.json, the listed possible types do not include skin_pack. This inconsistency has filtered down into other projects. In addition, in the manifest.json documentation, linked above, format_version is stated to be 1 for skin packs, and 2 for everything else. This is also inconsistent with the skin packs page, which uses format_version 2.
Vanilla usage example
I dont know about any vanilla use, but marketplace packs use format_version 1 and type skin_pack.
