microscopeDeformableMirror select ROI window has no save window position function.

Closing cockpit now properly calls the save window position of each existing window. The select ROI window doesn't have such a function so cockpit wont close once this window has been created.

Closing cockpit effectively calls CockpitApp._SaveWindowPositions which only uses the window Title and Position property, and the method IsShown, all of which are inherited from wx.Window.

None of the deformable mirror stuff as been merged yet. Adding @NickHallONBI which I guess is the author of code one some of his branches.
