No. But there is a Debian image available: https://github.com/Fishwaldo/sophgo-sg200x-debian/

If not, is a reliable 3rd party Debian image available for this SBC?

Yes. Not sure how "relaiable." I use it with my LicheeRV Nano. It's pretty bare bones -- requiring post-flash wifi configuration via UART -- not sexy.
