Detect_freezing does not account for sampling rate

We define freezing as less movement than some threshold for a minimum of 1 second. Currently the `detect_freezing()` function at data for 5 samples because the MedAssocatates sample rate is 5 Hz. However, this doesn't work for the FreezeFrame software which has a sampling rate of 30 Hz. Need to add a variable to fix this.
