[Feature] Allow removal of registered resources

I don't see a way to remove old/deleted registered resources.

For example,

The GET calls have all been removed as valid requests but unclear how to update x402scan to indicate this.

I figured if I used the wallet that is registered as payment recipient was connected to x402scan, it would add additionally functionality, allowing the ability to remove old registered resources on the server page.
