[Issue] Problems when changing armor tech level #2126

Brief Description *

When I take a support vehicle and change the armor tech rating from (for example) d to either B or A, the armor tonnage drops to 0, the wasted armor points shoot up to "2147483533" and the points per ton turns to "Infinity" (testing with AC/2 Carrier (Primitive) to tech level A). Testing with the Saturnus V Grande Circuit Racer (small vehicle at tech level B), the armor factor doesn't drop to zero, the wasted armor points shoot up to "2147483640" and the kg per point is 0. Testing with the Slipper Hovercar LX-Series (small vehicle), the bug only affects tech rating A and not tech rating B.

Quite possible this is multiple bugs, but if so I cannot figure out how to isolate them.
