Well, it is fine to put those, but if you do, either Laser Insulator or RISC Pulse Module generates error that it is not connected to a laser.
On the old versions of MegaMekLab it is not even able to be loaded the unit, and on the 50 versions it is possible but still genenrates error that it is invalid because either components are not connected to a laser.
3. Steps to Reproduce
1: Make a new 200 tonner or less unit or load anything. Also allows extinct tech and make it experimental tech, as well as set the year to about 3145 or more.
2: Add an IS tech standard or ER laser to a location.
3: Add both a Laser Insulator and RISC Pulse Module on the same location with the laser above.
4: See the invalid error that the latter component added above generates error.
I did not checked that MegaMek does have the same problem and unable to apply either components(especially for heat tracking units) already, but I suspect that it might have the problem as well.
