Add alternative dash overlay options #282
Description
The full-screen vignette can be a bit jarring or block off certain ui overlays.
It could also be an accessibility issue for some people with sensitivity to flashing lights.
A potential option could be changing the color of the XP bar when on cooldown. Or showing an icon next to the hotbar.
