Hello World libraries as examples

We should have Hello World libraries we can ship with the MathHub docker container, they should get users started, we should have HW libraries for all the surface formats (and their dialects)

• SMGloM (to show the multilingual setup)
• A MathHub paper (to show the single-language setup)
• MMT (...)
• The help pages can be used as a HW example for the HTML surface langauge
  I will start with the first two and re-assign when they are done.

I made a group HelloWorld on gl.mathhub.info for the example repositories. I am starting off with SMGloM.

I have added two more repositories:

• coursematerials for GenCS-like course materials
• hwexam for the corresponding problems and exams.
  this is the replacement for the MathHub paper example.
