Refactor and rebrand MathHub

• Rename MathHubInfo repositories where necessary (mdh_ repositories, downgrade Frontend, ...)
• Update the MathHubInfo site (including URL structure and a new landing site)
• Start a MathHubInfo Twitter account? (Discuss!)
• Refresh colour schemes
• Separate this issue into separate ones as tasks become clear
