Rearranging tabs on Vivaldi

A useful new feature would be the ability to rearrange tabs by drag-n-drop.

It is not working on Vivaldi (updated the issue accordingly). Works on Brave and Firefox.

Any chance of making it work on Vivaldi as well?

Indeed, I confirm that the issue is present in Vivaldi. I've fixed it, will be in the next release
