Delete from Downloads

Deleting all the objects in downloads would be scary. I'm thinking there could be a download safety value (e.g. DownloadSafetyNet=4). When a file is restored, all it's kindred (matched by regexp) would be deleted more than the DownloadSafetyNet value.

I don't think Polly should automate this for a couple of reasons I gave in the GG discussion with Mohammad you likely saw.

But I'm not adverse to it as a specific procedure the user would explicitly initiate.

But, second but, I don't think maintenance of system folders should be a central concern of ours.
