Hello,

actually we would like to implement it, but unfortunately not having spare time
for this task right now.

There are also many open questions concerning IPv6, e.g.

• unspecific EU assignments by Ripe (has been resolved in IPv4 parsing by using
  the whois data)
• some ranges are assigned multiple times, e.g. EU and US.

This issues have to be analyzed first.
