Goal
This would be a big feature, but a cool one! Not urgent though, and not trivial to implement.
In the SIMULATE button, add a little dropdown that says something like "shown reactants". On dropdown, there would be a button at the top that says "select edges you would like to display". The user would go around selecting the actual nodes that they want to show up in the graph. Each time they select a node, we do NOT open up the node's drawer, but DO add it to a list of "shown nodes". We then only display the nodes that the user selected.
If no nodes are in this list, we would have to have a little graphic on the graph that says something like "select some edges to see graph". Deleting a node would remove it from this list. This list would be persistent across drawer opens / closes and across simulations. There would be 2 more buttons in the dropdown that say something like "show all" and "show none".
