Describe the bug

Whenever I close the Start Menu with a submenu of a frequent program (e.g. Word, Notepad) expanded. The blur effect is still appearing where the submenu was whenever I reopen the start menu.

To Reproduce

Open the Start Menu, leave it on a program with a submenu
Click off the Start Menu without closing the submenu.
Reopen the Start Menu
The blur will show up where the expanded menu was.

It goes away when I reopen the start menu, expand a program to get the submenu and then close the submenu so it's not expanded, then close the start menu.

Additional information (please complete the following information):

OS Version : Windows 10 2H22 (Build 19045.5131)
Software Version : 2.3.0

What other third-party software do you use:

StartIsBack (For Taskbar and Start Menu)
UltraUXThemePatcher (Using Aero10 for Windows 10 1903-22H2 by vaporvance)
Aero Window Manager 1.0.1005

Windhawk mods:

Aerexplorer, Aero Flyout Fix, Aero Tray, Basic Themer, Eradicate Immersive Menus, Legacy File Copy, Old This PC Commands, Text Replace, UIRibbon Caption Icon Fix, Win32 Tray Clock Experience, Windows 7 Style UAC Dim

Additional context

Disabling 'Override AccentBlur Effect' or Changing the Blur method to something other than CustomBlur seems to fix the problem, but I lose the gloss-like effect on the taskbar (File explorer and all that still have the gloss effect).
