Conflicts with TranslucentTB

i know for sure that conflicts among tweaks are expected to happen but how can translucenttb conflict with dwmblurglass? they seem like they shouldnt conflict each other because dwmblurglass has nothing to do with the taskbar, when i have translucenttb on, dwmblurglass would crash randomly at times, and when i disable translucenttb there doesnt seem to be any crash anymore
