Suggestion/idea: instead of tracks only being Open or Closed, have an Unlisted option.

This would allow people to get to the track by using /tt , but

1. The track doesn't appear on the /tt GUI.
2. The track doesn't appear on the PP leaderboard/other leaderboards (would need website dev's support, I imagine)
3. The track does not autofill when doing "/tt "
4. Driving the track and setting times on it is possible without needing override perms (meaning people like sodasoker or 32Jeelow w/out perms on FHex could /tt to and test the track)

Pros of doing this:

1. An option for previous versions of tracks: if a track gets changed, instead of deleting the old version or creating a new tt, can just mark the old one as Unlisted, allowing people to still compete if they really want to on the old version, if they know how to get to it.
2. Allows testing of tracks w/out making them completely public yet (just like a YouTube video, can share info about the Unlisted track (or in YT's case, share them the video link))

You can hide the tracks from the gui by setting their weight to 0. The PP leaderboard could choose not to include track with the weight of 0.

I think the only thing that timingsystem can't satisfy right now is point number 3.
