Display surrounding G-code with tool change prompt.

It would be realy useful to show the preceding couple of lines of g-code in the dialog for the tool change. This often contains a comment as to for example which tool T6 is.

It would be really nice if the gcode generator would just put a comment section at the beginning of the file with a list of what tool number equals what tool (description). Then at tool change it could display the tool number and the description.
