Feature Request: Simple Onboard Gcode Generation

Loving the carvera, but I spend alot of time creating Gcode for simple operations, I am wondering if some simple gcode programs like drilling, or planar cuts.

This would increase the usability when you want to simply finish a surface, or prep some stock. I have found it challenging to use makera CAM to orient cuts on the side as its coordinates are only top/bottom.

Features I'd Like To See:

1. manual control with a jog wheel, while cutting (will help to dial in speeds/feeds)
2. drilling program
3. tapping program
4. x, y cuts with stepdown to depth.
5. z - surface finish with cut to depth.

I dont know alot about g-code generation but I am hoping this might be easy to slide in some MakeraCAM features into the CarveraController, this would really take up the usability another level!
