Code Cleanup: Fix Drivetrain Code so the Shuffleboard stuff isn't as repetitive

It would be nice to figure out a way to make all the shuffleboard stuff less repetitive. We probably should make some functions that update values (such as a updatePIDConstants function) rather than repeating the same block of code over and over
