[suggestion] [FSH] CAST --> REST

Aim is to reduce FSH button clutter and enable dead key (which is CAST, after casting) to be usable.

I suggest to swap it to REST (you could consider HOOK instead), which let you cancel your current fishing attempt and cast again faster (which lets you fit more CAST attempts in a rare fish window).

I feel like its logical and beneficial change.
