Whenever I have extraplanets installed now it disables the suffication damage you usually get when you ran out of oxygen, anyway this can be fixed?

Earlier today the suffication damage was ok but idk what caused it to have issues with the suffication damage not happening despite having no filled oxygen tanks equiped

Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)

1. [First step] Uninstalled ExtraPlanets
2. [Second step] Boot the Game up
